This software is open and free for non-funded research activities. GRASP SAS
possesses the right to all commercial activities. Commercial activities related
to the use of this code can only be done through prior agreement with the
copyright holders. Contact GRASP SAS for business activities related with the
code at office@grasp-sas.com
Any publication, presentation, or other derivative work based on the results
obtained using GRASP software shall acknowledge the use of GRASP code.
Example of acknowledgment:
The authors acknowledge the use of GRASP inversion algorithm

ARTICLE 1: Basic Permissions
The distribution of GRASP software is open and free for non-funded research
activities only. For information about specific user conditions contact
GRASP SAS at office@grasp-sas.com.
ARTICLE 2: Copyright
The current copyright and license information must be retained in the source
code or in any derivative works. CNRS & Université de Lille hold the copyright
for GRASP software and any code modifications. Both organizations reserve the
right to modify the present license. Contributors grant the copyright of their
contribution and they recognize their contribution as an original work, free
of known bugs and legally usable under this license.
ARTICLE 3: Exploitation of the code and products
No marketing or use of products obtained through the GRASP software for
commercial purposes is allowed. GRASP SAS has the right to commercial
exploitation of the software and the products resulting from it. GRASP SAS
reserves the right to license third parties with rights to commercial software
utilization.
ARTICLE 4: Distribution of the code and compiled objects
The official distribution is provided by GRASP SAS. Any redistribution of this
software (code or binary) or products obtained by the use of GRASP software
requires a specific prior agreement with copyright holders (contact office@grasp-sas.com).
ARTICLE 5: Products
Public distribution of products obtained using GRASP software requires an
explicit prior agreement with the copyright holders (contact office@grasp-sas.com).
ARTICLE 6: Limitation of Liability and Warranty
The copyright holders or GRASP SAS distribute this code without any warranty
or responsibility. The code can contain bugs and the products can be erroneous.

Any specific commercial use of GRASP software can be licensed by GRASP SAS
under agreement with copyright holders. Other sublicensing is forbidden.
ARTICLE 8: Derivative work
The right to create derivative works is one of the exclusive rights of the
copyright holders. This license is applied to this work and all derivative works.
ARTICLE 9: Citation
Any publication, presentation, or other derivative work based on the result
obtained using GRASP software shall acknowledge the use of GRASP code.

ARTICLE 10: Severability
If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable
in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:
1. the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement; or
2. the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Agreement.
